1、TPO卷材的鋪設(shè)

大面卷材按平行于屋脊的方向鋪設(shè),長邊用機(jī)械固定釘及墊片有必要固定在工廠預(yù)制好的標(biāo)記線上,墊片邊距卷材邊沿最小13mm。
The large surface roll material is laid in a direction parallel to the ridge, and the long side is fixed with mechanical nails and gaskets. It is necessary to fix it on the pre made marking line in the factory, and the gasket edge should be at least 13mm away from the edge of the roll material.
屋面的固定螺釘按照金屬屋面板的波峰間隔進(jìn)行定位,有必要保證固定間隔為0.152m,保證釘子位于波峰的中心方位,運(yùn)用套筒及緊固件固定TPO 防水卷材和保溫板。
The fixing screws on the roof are positioned according to the peak interval of the metal roof panel. 3、 TPO卷材的焊接

隔汽層、巖棉層、TPO卷材鋪設(shè)好往后,保證同步進(jìn)行,依次循環(huán)操作,用LEISTER VARIMAT- V 自動(dòng)焊接機(jī)焊接每一個(gè)搭接邊,部分節(jié)點(diǎn)部位選用LEISTER 手持焊接機(jī)焊接。
After the installation of the vapor barrier layer, rock wool layer, and TPO roll material, ensure synchronous operation and repeat the operation in sequence. Use LEISTER VARIMAT-V automatic welding machine to weld each overlapping edge, and use LEISTER handheld welding machine to weld some node parts.
自動(dòng)焊機(jī)焊縫焊接:焊機(jī)壓力為500-550N 左右,溫度為500-550℃,焊接速度為1.5-2m/min, 詳細(xì)情況視現(xiàn)場條件(溫度、濕度)而定。每天最少進(jìn)行一次試焊,選用拋棄的裁切資料進(jìn)行試焊剝離,只有到達(dá)層間剝離,而 非焊縫剝離的參數(shù)設(shè)置,方可進(jìn)行焊接。如一天內(nèi)溫差較大,需根據(jù)情況,及時(shí)根據(jù)試焊情況,調(diào)整焊接參數(shù)。
Automatic welding machine for weld seam welding: The welding machine pressure is around 500-550N, the temperature is 500-550 ℃, and the welding speed is 1.5-2m/min. The detailed situation depends on the site conditions (temperature, humidity). At least one trial welding should be conducted every day, using discarded cutting materials for trial welding and peeling. If there is a large temperature difference within a day, the welding parameters should be adjusted in a timely manner according to the test welding situation.
手藝焊接:焊槍溫度控制在250-450℃之間,焊接速度為0.2-0.5m/min,焊接時(shí)用手動(dòng)壓輥壓實(shí),隨焊隨壓。短邊選用不固定辦法直接焊接,卷材的搭接寬度為80mm

During welding, manual pressure rollers are used to compact and press as welding progresses. The short side is welded directly using an unsecured method, and the overlap width of the coil is 80mm
天窗及女兒墻節(jié)點(diǎn)施工,大面卷材天窗邊沿處斷開。假如天窗邊沿的鋼板正好是波峰方位,則可直接進(jìn)行下一步施工;否則邊沿處的鋼板不是波峰方位,需要在鋼板邊沿附加一個(gè)L型折板,折板材質(zhì)類同底層鋼板即可。沿天窗一周,將大面卷材用固定件固定。固定間隔為30cm。按照天窗高度和搭接15cm下料,掩蓋大面卷材固定件,下端焊接。陽角處用陽角泛水補(bǔ)丁掩蓋,要求上部泛水高度超出20mm。上部用壓條和釘子固定,此處須配套運(yùn)用密封膏。壓條的固定件間隔為25cm,密封膏運(yùn)用在卷材邊沿和底層的連接處。
The construction of the skylight and parapet nodes involves the disconnection of the edge of the large surface roll skylight. If the steel plate at the edge of the skylight is in the direction of the wave peak, the next step of construction can be carried out directly; Otherwise, the steel plate at the edge is not in the direction of the wave peak, and an L-shaped folded plate needs to be attached to the edge of the steel plate. The folded plate material should be similar to the bottom steel plate. Fix the large roll material with fasteners along the skylight. The fixed interval is 30cm. Cut the material according to the height of the skylight and overlap 15cm, cover the large surface coil fixing parts, and weld the lower end. Cover the sunny corner with a waterproof patch, and ensure that the upper waterproof height exceeds 20mm. Fix the upper part with pressure strips and nails, and use sealant to match this area. The spacing between the fixing parts of the pressure strip is 25cm, and the sealing paste is applied at the connection between the edge of the roll and the bottom layer.
