02安裝流程(1)安裝前根據(jù)廠家設(shè)計的排版圖核對部件尺寸及位置,明確起始點(diǎn)及板的扣邊方向,再根據(jù)排版圖按照每塊部件上編號進(jìn)行安裝,搬至對應(yīng)位置,檢查無誤依次對樓板進(jìn)行安裝。(2)鋼筋桁架樓承板鋪設(shè)前,應(yīng)按圖紙所示的起始位置放設(shè)鋪板時的基準(zhǔn)線。對準(zhǔn)基準(zhǔn)線,安裝第一塊板,并依次安裝其它板,采用非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板收尾。(3)樓板鋪設(shè)完畢,對部件的標(biāo)高、平整度等質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行檢查調(diào)整,線盒孔洞位置根據(jù)圖紙要求進(jìn)行預(yù)留,并安裝線盒及線管;當(dāng)管線需埋置在樓板鋼筋桁架樓承板時,應(yīng)設(shè)置在桁架上弦鋼筋下方,管線之間不宜交叉。(4)鋼筋綁扎完畢,再次對鋼筋桁架樓承板部件的平整度、高低差及拼縫尺寸等質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行調(diào)整。拼縫處板拉結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置(5)平面形狀變化處,可將鋼筋桁架樓承板切割,切割前應(yīng)對要切割的尺寸進(jìn)行檢查,復(fù)核后,在樓承板上放線后方可進(jìn)行機(jī)械或氣割。
02 Installation process (1) Before installation, check the dimensions and positions of the components according to the manufacturer's design layout, clarify the starting point and the direction of the board's buckle edge, and then install according to the numbering on each component according to the layout. Move to the corresponding position, check for errors, and install the floor slab in sequence. (2) Before laying the steel truss floor slab, the reference line for laying the slab should be set according to the starting position shown on the drawing. Align with the reference line, install the first board, and install the other boards in sequence, using non-standard boards to finish. (3) After the floor slab is laid, quality issues such as elevation and flatness of components are inspected and adjusted. The positions of wire box holes are reserved according to the drawing requirements, and wire boxes and conduits are installed; When the pipeline needs to be buried in the floor steel truss floor support plate, it should be set below the upper chord steel bars of the truss, and the pipelines should not cross each other. (4) After the steel bars are tied, adjust the quality issues such as flatness, height difference, and joint size of the steel bar truss floor support plate components again. At the joint of the slab tie structure (5), where the plane shape changes, the steel truss floor support plate can be cut. Before cutting, the size to be cut should be checked, and after verification, mechanical or gas cutting can be carried out after laying lines on the floor support plate.

04鋼筋桁架樓承板吊裝方式(1)鋼筋桁架樓承板吊運(yùn)時,必須采用配套吊具進(jìn)行吊運(yùn)(樓承板底墊設(shè)托盤),吊裝時應(yīng)輕起輕放,不得碰撞,防止鋼筋桁架樓承板板邊變形;不得使用鋼索直接兜吊,避免板邊在吊運(yùn)過程中受到鋼索擠壓變形,影響施工。(2)鋼筋桁架樓承板堆放在起吊位置時,應(yīng)按照布置圖及包裝標(biāo)識堆放。(3)現(xiàn)場露天存放時,應(yīng)對所有產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行覆蓋保護(hù),防止污染。(4)成捆鋼筋桁架樓承板與地面接觸時應(yīng)設(shè)墊木;捆與捆疊加堆放時,兩捆板之間應(yīng)設(shè)墊木,疊放高度不得超過三捆(15塊)。05鋼筋桁架樓層板與梁加固措施鋼筋桁架樓承板邊緣與梁模板內(nèi)側(cè)平齊,宜采用長70mm無頭鐵釘,從樓承板由上向下釘入梁側(cè)模板當(dāng)中進(jìn)行固定。鐵釘位于梁側(cè),順著梁方向,間距500mm設(shè)置。桁架樓層板與豎向模板連接位置應(yīng)貼泡沫海綿條防止漏漿。06其他要求(1)嚴(yán)格按照圖紙及相應(yīng)規(guī)范的要求來調(diào)整鋼筋桁架樓承板的位置,板的直線度誤差為10mm,板的錯口誤差要求<5mm。(2)洞口邊加強(qiáng)筋,當(dāng)洞邊長小于1000mm時,應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求設(shè)洞口邊加強(qiáng)筋,設(shè)置在鋼筋桁架面筋之下。待樓板混凝土達(dá)到設(shè)計強(qiáng)度75%時,方可切斷鋼筋桁架樓承板的鋼筋及鋼板。洞口加強(qiáng)鋼筋示意圖洞口處鋼筋桁架處理示意圖
04 Steel bar truss floor support plate lifting method (1) When lifting the steel bar truss floor support plate, the supporting lifting equipment must be used for lifting (the floor support plate is cushioned with a pallet). During lifting, it should be lifted and placed gently, without collision, to prevent deformation of the steel bar truss floor support plate edge; It is not allowed to use steel cables for direct hoisting to avoid deformation of the board edge due to steel cable compression during lifting, which may affect construction. (2) When the steel truss floor slab is stacked at the lifting position, it should be stacked according to the layout plan and packaging label. (3) When stored outdoors on site, all products should be covered and protected to prevent contamination. (4) When the bundled steel bar truss floor support plate comes into contact with the ground, wooden pads should be installed; When stacking bundles, wooden pads should be placed between the two bundle boards, and the stacking height should not exceed three bundles (15 pieces). Reinforcement measures for 05 steel bar truss floor slabs and beams: The edge of the steel bar truss floor support slab should be flush with the inner side of the beam formwork. It is recommended to use 70mm long headless iron nails, which should be nailed from top to bottom into the beam side formwork from the floor support slab for fixation. The iron nails are located on the side of the beam, along the direction of the beam, with a spacing of 500mm. The connection between the truss floor plate and the vertical formwork shall be pasted with foam sponge strips to prevent mortar leakage. 06 Other requirements: (1) Strictly adjust the position of the steel truss floor support plate according to the drawings and corresponding specifications. The straightness error of the plate is 10mm, and the misalignment error of the plate is required to be less than 5mm. (2) Strengthen the reinforcement at the edge of the hole. When the length of the hole is less than 1000mm, the reinforcement at the edge of the hole should be set according to the design requirements, and placed below the steel truss reinforcement. When the concrete of the floor slab reaches 75% of the design strength, the steel bars and steel plates of the steel truss floor support plate can be cut off. ?。?)如頂棚有建筑做法時可使用水泥纖維式鋼筋桁架樓承板(不可選用鍍鋅鋼板鋼筋桁架樓承板),且深化時樓承板四周可深化出凹槽(深2mm,寬20mm),混凝土施工完畢,待樓底板進(jìn)行裝飾工程前凹槽處進(jìn)行封邊掛網(wǎng)抹灰,解決樓板密拼開裂問題。如有戶內(nèi)有吊頂時鍍鋅鋼板式與水泥纖維式(無需優(yōu)化凹槽)均可選用(根據(jù)價格對比,價低者優(yōu)選)。
(3) If there is a construction method for the ceiling, cement fiber reinforced steel truss floor support plate can be used (galvanized steel plate reinforced steel truss floor support plate cannot be used), and grooves can be deepened around the floor support plate (2mm deep, 20mm wide) during deepening. After the concrete construction is completed, the grooves should be sealed and plastered with mesh before the decoration of the floor slab to solve the problem of cracking in the floor slab. If there is a suspended ceiling indoors, both galvanized steel plate type and cement fiber type (without optimizing the groove) can be selected (based on price comparison, the lower price is preferred).
