"HB" is commonly abbreviated in Chinese Pinyin according to the pattern of structural drawing identification. The "TD" model, such as TD3-90, is given in the "Design Manual for Steel Truss Floor slabs" Q/JGJ 003-2013 of the enterprise standard Precision Industry. The meaning of the numerical number is the same as the national standard, but there are 83 optional models, which is much more than the 24 types in the national standard. TD "is the acronym for" truss deck ".
2.穿筋的方式鋼筋桁架的高度設(shè)置得高一點(diǎn),整個(gè)樓承板的剛度會(huì)大一些,上弦鋼筋的受力性能也可以發(fā)揮到最優(yōu)。但帶來的一個(gè)問題是,樓板的面筋現(xiàn)場要從桁架的上弦鋼筋下面穿過去,這種施工方式就會(huì)費(fèi)事一些。如果把面筋放在上面的話,那就要增加樓板的澆筑厚度了,保證鋼筋的保護(hù)層厚度滿足15mm的要求。

The connection of bottom reinforcement is more of a structural requirement to ensure overall load-bearing capacity.
4. 面筋的連接問題其實(shí)面筋的問題,比較容易被搞混的是如何處理上弦鋼筋的連接鋼筋和上部附加鋼筋的關(guān)系問題。上面的節(jié)點(diǎn)圖中,其實(shí)是已經(jīng)給出了具體要求,比如在鋼筋桁架樓承板在鋼梁上連續(xù)鋪設(shè)時(shí),需要根據(jù)樓板配筋圖考慮是否需要設(shè)置附加鋼筋的。當(dāng)在鋼筋桁架斷開的位置,上弦鋼筋的連接鋼筋是否可以和附加鋼筋歸并在一起進(jìn)行設(shè)置呢?也就是說放兩根細(xì)鋼筋,還是放一根粗鋼筋的問題。這要看具體項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙了

5. 樓承板的臨時(shí)支撐問題鋼筋桁架樓承板施工階段要不要設(shè)置臨時(shí)支撐,這個(gè)是需要綜合考慮的問題,比如樓板的跨度,設(shè)置支撐的成本,樓板底部的平整度要求等等。如果樓層很高,設(shè)置支撐的成本很高,那寧可選擇大一些型號(hào)的樓承板,可以支持更大的無支撐跨度。
5. Temporary support for floor slabs: Whether to install temporary supports during the construction phase of steel truss floor slabs requires comprehensive consideration, such as the span of the floor slab, the cost of installing supports, and the flatness requirements at the bottom of the floor slab. If the floor is very high and the cost of setting up supports is high, it is better to choose larger models of floor slabs that can support larger unsupported spans.
6. 樓承板的降板問題降板問題,是鋼筋桁架樓承板在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用中,經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到的,而且節(jié)點(diǎn)處理方式非常多的一個(gè)問題。按照?qǐng)D集中的這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)點(diǎn)處理以后,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)下圖中的這個(gè)問題,為了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的降板,需要設(shè)置這么多的支撐板,勢必增加了很多的用鋼量。采用角鋼支撐可能是最經(jīng)濟(jì)的處理方式。如果結(jié)構(gòu)板降的標(biāo)高很小,真的可以考慮其他的處理方式,比如局部減小板厚,降低梁高等辦法來處理。這些需要和建筑設(shè)計(jì)師一起商量來定,說不定建筑面層的做法改一改,結(jié)構(gòu)就不用降板了。
6. The issue of lowering the floor slab is a common problem encountered in the application of steel truss floor slabs in steel structures, and there are many ways to handle the nodes. After processing according to the standard node in the graph set, the problem shown in the figure below will occur. In order to gradually lower the plate, so many support plates need to be set up, which will inevitably increase the amount of steel used. Using angle steel support may be the most economical way of handling. If the elevation of the structural slab is very small, other treatment methods can really be considered, such as locally reducing the slab thickness and lowering the beam height. These need to be discussed with the architect to determine, maybe if the method of the building surface layer is changed, the structure will not need to be lowered.
